"Why God does not hear our prayers?"
Maybe it's just tired, bored: analyze your prayers! They are composed
to complain, if not veiled rebuke:
God, why did you die is he? God puts an end to the drought! God, I'm unhappy (of what you gave me) ...
Or are lists of your wishes, asked favors of little importance to the living God, similar to a shopping list: Lord, give me strength, give me wisdom, show me the right way (if I lose will be your fault) gimme this, gimme that ...
In return it with praise and flattery displays of submission sedurrebbero not as eager to praise tyrants: You're strong, you're powerful, thine is the glory ... always, of course, if that gives me the favor I asked.
"Prayer" is even become, in common parlance, stands for "request a bit 'tiring of favors!
possible that there is a poet capable of composing prayers that are not so petty, boring, so human misery?
Then maybe God would again hear the voice of the man who calls him.
